Covid-19 Policies

 

To ensure the safety of students and instructors, we have adapted our approaches to behind the wheel training in line with current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control. For your safety, we are instituting the following measures:

  • Full Covid-19 Vaccination required

  • Mandatory wearing of face masks by students and instructors throughout the entirety of the lesson 

  • Verification of normal temperature of student and instructor prior to the lesson 

  • Sterilization of driver contact areas before and after each lesson 

  • Utilization of disposable one-time use driver seat and steering wheel coverings for each lesson.

General Policies

  • Refund Policy: A 5% fee will be charged for all refunds.

  • Online cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • A $75 fee shall apply to appointments canceled without at least 24-hour advance notification. 

  • Failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment shall result in a non-refundable $75 fee

  • A $35 fee shall apply for returned/rejected personal checks. 

  • Jump2Drive does not bear responsibility for maintaining electronic codes provided online for scheduling appointments. Contact Jump2Drive at 408-823-3656 for further assistance.   

  • Jump2Drive abides by all California State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) rules and regulations. Lessons shall not be conducted within 2 miles of DMV offices and/or official test routes. 

  • Jump2Drive reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule appointments at will.
