• Refund Policy: A 5% fee will be charged for all refunds.

• Pickup and Drop off is within a 15 mile radius of Santa Clara, CA.

• Online cancellation is available up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

• A $75 fee shall apply to appointments canceled without at least 24-hour advance notification. 

• Failure to be present at the time of a scheduled appointment shall result in a non-refundable $75 fee

• A $35 fee shall apply for returned/rejected personal checks. 

• Jump2Drive does not bear responsibility for maintaining electronic codes provided online for scheduling appointments. Contact Jump2Drive at 408-823-3656 for further assistance.   

• Jump2Drive abides by all California State Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) rules and regulations. Lessons shall not be conducted within 2 miles of DMV offices and/or official test routes. 

• Jump2Drive reserves the right to cancel and/or reschedule appointments at will.
